Our history
2009
Company Origins
ATS was founded as a spin-off of the University of Siena on January 9, 2009.
The business project arose from the desire of a group of researchers to transform their innovative research experience into an entrepreneurial venture, focusing on remote sensing applied to cultural heritage and landscape.
Start Cup Award
ATS received the Start Cup award, a competition established by the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, which recognizes the best high-tech entrepreneurial initiatives emerging from the research world.

Navacchio Technology Park
ATS became an associate company of the Navacchio Technology Park: an integrated and structured system where the key word is innovation. It is a hub designed to foster networking—a network of high-tech companies that promotes effective collaboration between businesses, the research world, and centers of excellence.
