ATS Enterprise is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
ATS Enterprise is making constant efforts to improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible, and unhindered use for those of us with disabilities.
We aim to make all pages and content on https://www.atsenterprise.com accessible, but some content may not yet fully meet the highest accessibility standards. This could be due to challenges in identifying the most suitable technological solution.
The ATS Enterprise website partially complies with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. Some content and features are fully accessible, while others are still being optimized.
Elements already accessible:

- Adequate contrast and text readability.
- Fonts, spacing, and text sizes conforming to WCAG requirements.
- Keyboard navigation functional for main interactive elements.
- Pages with correct language declaration (

Elements currently being improved:
- Empty buttons and links, or those without proper labels for assistive technologies.
- Background images and graphic objects without textual descriptions.
- Links opening in new windows not always indicated to screen readers.
- Missing skip links on some pages to quickly jump to main content.
- Carousels and layout tables that need full compatibility with assistive technologies.
We are actively working to address these issues and make all content fully accessible, while maintaining the site’s graphic and interactive quality.
We may revise this Statement periodically to reflect improvements or changes to our accessibility practices.
