The fortress of Novo Brdo, located in present-day Kosovo, was one of the most important medieval strongholds and mining centers in the Balkans between the 14th and 15th centuries. Its strategic position and rich deposits of silver and other metals contributed to the economic prosperity of the region and made the site a focal point of political, military, and commercial interests during the late medieval period.
A high-resolution 3D survey was carried out with the aim of producing the datasets required for the structural analysis and condition assessment of the monument.
