Falerii Novi was an ancient Roman city located about 50 km north of Rome. Founded in 241 BC after the conquest of Falerii Veteres, the city was designed following a regular urban layout with a cardo and decumanus. Surrounded by well-preserved walls, it featured a forum, a theater, and a temple dedicated to Juno Curitis. An important commercial and cultural hub, it was abandoned in the Middle Ages in favor of nearby centers.
ATS conducted aerial photogrammetric surveys to produce a high-resolution digital model (DSM – DTM) and orthophotos of the ancient city.
